＊What time does check-in start?
Check-in time for Main building and Annex building starts from 2:00 pm.
Check-in for KIKU is from 3:00 pm.
Before check-in, you can leave your luggage with us from 8:00 am.

＊Is it okay if I check in late?
If you need to do check-in after 7:30pm please let us know in advance. We will give you an instruction for self check-in.

＊What time is the check-out time?
Check-out time for Main building and Annex building is until 10:00am.
Check-out for KIKU is until 11:00am.

＊Can I check out early in the morning?
The front desk opens at 8:00 am, but if you are leaving before 8:00 am, please leave your room key on the table in your room.

＊Can I add breakfast to the next morning?
Breakfast is served at FabCafe Fuji, a cafe located a one-minute walk from our hostel. Reservations can be made at check-in.

＊Is there a smoking area?
There is an ashtray near the bicycle parking area in the main building’s courtyard; please feel free to use it.
Guests staying in KIKU room can smoke at the roof top.

＊Is there a parking lot?
We don’t have a dedicated parking lot for customers. A coin-operated parking lot located nearby costs 1,000 yen for 12 hours.

＊What amenities do you provide?
Bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and q-tips are provided. Toothbrushes are available at the front desk for 350 yen.

＊Do you have a TV?
No, we do not have a TV. We want to provide a relaxing environment for our guests to enjoy our lounge and library and forget about the day to day life. We also would like you to discover our town and its retro charm.

＊Do you have bicycles available for rent?
We rent them out for ¥1,000 for 3 hours and ¥2,000 for a full day. If you are interested, please come to the front desk.
Rental hours;
April – August: 8:00am to 6:00pm
January – March / September -December: 8:00am to 5:00pm

＊Do you have a laundry service?
You can use our washing machine for 200 yen per time. If you need a dryer, please use the coin laundry located about 500 meters from the hotel.

＊Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
The front desk opens at 8:00 am, so you can leave your luggage after 8:00 am.
The final time for luggage pickup after check-out is 7:30 pm.
Please ask us at the front desk.

＊Is there a convenience store nearby?
There is a Lawson about 450 meters away and a 7-Eleven about 700 meters away.

＊What can I use in the kitchen?
Cooking utensils include pots, pans, bowls, colanders, rice cookers, knives, cutting boards, and ladles.
For seasonings, we have sugar, salt, soy sauce, and oil.

＊Can we barbecue?
No, barbecues are not allowed.

＊Are there any restaurants in the neighborhood where I can have a meal?
There are several restaurants within 500m walking distance.
